Consultation

Understand the organisation, the problem and the constraints before proposing anything. Most of the value of a project is decided here.

Shape the approach around the specific situation — its people, budget, existing systems and appetite for change — rather than a standard template.

Design and deliver: directly, as the party managing a build, or as the product and experience authority working with an implementation team.

Treat launch as a starting point. Observe how the thing is used, then refine structure, content and systems over time.

How we engage

Three modes, chosen to fit what a client already has in place.

We build: We design and deliver the product or platform ourselves, end to end.
We direct: We hold the product and experience decisions and manage the parties doing the implementation.
We collaborate: We join an existing team as the product, experience or technology collaborator, contributing where it counts most.
